DELIVERY FOR RECONDITION
Our representative personally visits and collects the tools to be refurbished, but with the assistance of our courier service, they can also be sent to our central office.
TOOL PICKUP / ACCEPTANCE
Our team of experts meticulously identify each tool, then determine the sequence of operations needed for recondition, taking into account the requirements provided by the customer. The client-specific offer is sent via our company management system following the price calculation.
RECONDITION
Based on the unique requirements of our clients, we refurbish each tool to the highest quality standards. This is achieved through manufacturing with 5-axis CNC grinding machines and universal machines.
QUALITY CONTROL
Before delivery, each tool undergoes a comprehensive quality inspection. Our high-quality standards are ensured by our 3D measuring machines and a highly qualified team of 25 professionals.
Delivery back to the client
Our team delivers the reconditioned tools to the specified address.
